Christina Haack is a Californian born girl. Her birth date was July 9th of 1983. Her first job was in real estate after graduating from school. Tarek El-Moussa and her husband, also worked in this industry. The couple had a great time prior to the 2008 market crash, when a lot of real estate and home flippers went bust. Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa almost went under due to the crash. They moved from an apartment that cost $6,000 per month to an apartment costing $700 a month. Slowly, their business as well as the economy overall recovered. HGTV and Rise to Fame In 2011 Tarek sought out a partner to help him make an HGTV audition tape, which featured his and Christina the process of flipping houses from beginning to end. Pie Town Productions' executives were able to access the tape. The executives fell in love with Tarek, Christina and their story. In 2012 the couple agreed to a formal contract with HGTV. Then, in April of 2013, "Flip of Flop" began its debut. For seven seasons, the show was broadcast between 2013-2017. On the show, Christina and Tarek would acquire properties, which are typically homes with a moderate income located in Orange County, and would then proceed to spend several weeks making upgrades so they could sell the home in order to earn a profit. Tarek's focus is on demolition and renovating, while Christina concentrates on design.
